Symposium 1995 in Prague

The First AECEF International Symposium “Education for Civil and Environmental Engineering and Surveying” was held at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Czech technical University in Prague in September 25-27, 1995. The principal goal of the Symposium was to raise discussions on the following issues:

• new trends in civil engineering and surveying education,
• relationship between education and research,
• demands on the civil engineering industry from graduates.
• compatibility of study programmes to enable effective international mobility of staff and students.
