Short Description:
The proposed project is focused on further substantial reduction of operating energy in buildings considering the approaches of sustainable development. Such a step is natural after practical verification and progressive development of passive house concept which is based on significant reduction of building heat use. The project is going to verify the possibility to achieve building energy demand which should: a) be close or equal to zero energy demand taking into account heating, hot water and electrial appliances b) give priority to maximal reduction of building energy demand by using BAT concept /best available technology) c) solve energy problem with regard to sustainable development - the primary energy, carbon dioxide emission reduction and acceptable costs.
